The Facilities and Maintenance Department's mission is to provide timely delivery of educational facilities, products, and related services of the highest professional quality, within the budget amounts approved by the School Board of Osceola County, Florida.

The Facilities and Maintenance Division is working together with the Purchasing Department to provide visitors to the District's website a single web page with current construction project information. In the future, this website will list major Capital Construction Projects and contact information for the Construction Management Firm that has been awarded the project.

Each year the Facilities and Maintenance Departments work together with site administrators to develop a list of Capital Outlay Projects to be considered for Board approval each year. The following link lists the Capital Outlay Projects recommended and approved by the School Board.
